Organizations are constantly working with people, and then struggling to find ways to compensate them. That's what Tremendous is here to solve.

It's a hard problem. Individuals want to get paid in different ways. They want to get paid quickly. They might be on the other side of the world. And the organizations have needs themselves, too, around compliance, reporting, and accounting.

If we do our job, not only would we make organizations more effective, but it would mean more collaboration between organizations and humans overall.

And that feels like a problem worth tackling.
